Refund Policy

We at Malaysian Lights take grave pride in always doing our very best to keep customers happy and satisfied. For exchanges and returns you have 5 days from the date your order was received to take advantage of the policy. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing any issues with receiving your order or with the product itself. We will do everything within our measure to make sure you, the customer are happy with your purchase and handle any of your concerns.

What can be returned? We do not accept returns.
We here at Malaysian Lights take great pride in producing the highest quality of wax melts and candle products available. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of the product, used candles and wax melts can not be returned. Slight variations from wax melt to wax melt or candle to candle are considered apart of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are completely dissatisfied with your products, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to resolve. 

Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee plus all freight charges.

How do customer return items, if applicable?
Exchanges (if applicable) we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Damages from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. (Photos of items and the original packaging it was shipped in is REQUIRED for exchange eligibility). Please keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier. Please send an email containing photos of the damaged items and original packaging with a full description to: malaysianlightscustomers@gmail.com

Malaysian Lights will file a carrier claim on your behalf. Once this process is completed, You may return the unused candles or wax melts for a full refund of your purchase, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. We are also willing to replace the damaged goods or issue a credit on a future order only, less shipping. Shipping is non-refundable.  

No refunds will be given. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about safe, proper storage and use of the products that you have purchased. 

You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold me accountable for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.
