What is the Return Policy?

Malaysian Lights does not accept returns. However, all claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

After reviewing your request, we will either:

  • Complete an exchange, or
  • Apply a credit toward a future purchase.

Exchanges or credits will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Since each order is made specifically for you, cancellations or changes must be requested by 9 AM EST the calendar day after you place your order.

After this time, we cannot cancel or change your order because supplies will have been ordered and production will already be underway.

My Package is Missing/Items Are Missing

If your package or items are missing, please notify us within 2 calendar days of the reported delivery date so we can assist in locating it.

Please note that delivery services may sometimes mark a package as delivered 1 day before actual delivery.
