Shipping Policy

It is of grave importance to us that your items are shipped with care, consideration and that it arrives beautifully intact. In order to maintain the chic integrity and not compromise the quality of your purchase. All orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight for faster shipping or UPS.(Depending on the situation). 

When should I expect my order to be shipped? Due to the nature of our products and the importance to not compromise the integrity of your items ordered. All orders will ship out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Any order placed on Thursdays will be shipped out the following Monday morning.  

What address is my order shipped to? Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process. 

Then will my order be shipped? Orders will ship out in 1-3 business days after order is placed. Please understand with the COVID-19 pandemic some may experience longer shipping times. 

Where do we ship? We only ship to the US and territories.  Currently we do not ship internationally.

What are the shipping rates? Shipping charges will be calculated automatically through USPS at checkout.

How do you track an order that has been shipped? The tracking number will be emailed to you when the items are shipped. Please feel free to email and inquire about shipping information at: Malaysianlightscustomers@gmail.com

What if my package is missing or stolen? We can not replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Is in-store pickup an option? No in-store pickup is available.

Please note during hotter months all candles and wax melt orders need to be carefully tracked and brought inside as soon as possible. Special packaging is required during hotter months and we at Malaysian Lights will do everything we can to protect and keep the integrity of your purchase during transit. Your products will be shipped in thermal mailers and an ice pack to help maintain the quality of the product during transit.
